The Wicked Cake Company was founded in 1991 and is still a family-owned and run bakery specialising in the manufacture of long shelf-life, individually wrapped ambient cakes, developed specifically for the public-sector catering market.

All of our products are manufactured at our BRCGS accredited, nut-free bakery in Haverhill, Suffolk, where quality, food safety and consistency are at the heart of everything we do.
